Hi, I'm new to BlogFrog.  I'm a runner and mix in some weights and yoga, but mostly running, running, running.  My blog is primarily about raising my 3 boys (my oldest  who is 3 plus a pair of 10 month old twins) but also has frequent posts about our chickens, land, cooking, and of course running.  Plus whatever else happens to be on my mind that day.  I've been blogging for about 6 months now.

Hello Everyone! I'm Cindy, a mother of 3 (8.5, 10.5, and 12). My goal in life is to embrace all things that characterize womanhood - strength, power, wisdom, courage, perseverance, grace, and beauty (just to name a few).  And my hopes are to raise children who recognize and honor not only their own attributes but those of others because for me, true health is fully developing a fit mind, spirit, and body.

I have two blogs.  The first, http://staysimplyfit.blogspot.com,  is written to serve as a motivational guide to fitness which offers practical and research based tips on how families and individuals can make exercise a regular part of their lives.  The second blog, http://healthandfoodforum.wordpress.com/, is in line with Michelle Obama's initiative to combat childhood obesity in one generation, and so, it focuses on the nutrition aspect of health.

I look forward to meeting other healthy moms who are interested in promoting the wellbeing of future generations to come and I would love for you to stop by and share your thoughts on the issues raised on these blogs.
