Antidepressants.  Lots and lots of antidepressants.

LOL!

Kidding... well, half kidding anyway.  ;)

I just try to focus on the little things during each week that I can look forward to - date night, favorite shows I like to watch, weekends, eating out, etc.

Date nights are important. My husband and I try to go out at least once a month.
