I've had to adjust to a different kind of body several times! After surgeries and having children, my body is definitely not like it used to be! I'm usually okay with that, although I'd like to start exercising more. It's been hard to exercise with little kids!

You're so right, Ginny Marie! I know when I exercise regularly, I feel better about my body. I didn't work out much when the kids were small, but I had a few aerobics DVDs that the girls would jump around to, trying to copy Mom's moves. Hilarious!

I've tried using DVDs too, but it usually ended up with the kids crawling all over me! LOL!

I am in my 30's. It has changed so much. I used to want to change everything when I was in my 20's. I accept who I am and what God has given me now in my 30s and very happy.

That's awesome! After I had my daughters in my 20's, I felt more like a "mom" than a "person." It has been a long process of acceptance. My faith has been a vital part of that acceptance. Glad you have already come to that realization.

Yes, I believe exercise has a lot to do with it.  I think subconciously we feel that even one session makes us look better.

Endorphins are magic!!!

Was 5' 11' and about 120lbs in high school. Had my kids at 20 and 23, but that didn't really help for long. Went back to skinny and shapeless pretty quick.

Thanks for the comment, Jules! I am trying to lose a few pounds in the "middle" right now. Seems to go on a lot easier than coming off.

If I had my druthers, I'd just as soon move the extra from the middle up about 10 inches. lol

I'm over 50 and nursed two kids, they're already in my middle!
