I'd love to know more about people who read Raising Olives.  So please take the opportunity to introduce yourself.

How many kids?  Homeschool?  Faith?  Something you love to do?

I'm a SAHM mom of a three year old boy (who is going on 12) and an adorable 6 month old girl, after being a teacher and a property manager.  Not sure about homeschooling yet...Im on the fence as we speak (I visited a preschool today, though I waiver back and forth, hesitating to make a decision).  My faith?  I'm a Christ Follower to the core.  I prefer not to use labels for denominations, as they always end up as divisions.

I am the creator and one of the authors ofVillage of Moms, and my personal blog Kite Koop.  Glad to meet everyone!

I am a homeschooling mom of 4 kids, ages 5 through 10. My 8 year old has type 1 diabetes. We are members of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America. I blog about homeschool, diabetes, and religion at lettersfromnebby.wordpress.com

Hi, i'm Chris and I've been reading your blog since finding it about a month ago. I am a Christian, live in the UK and am praying over the homeschooling thing. I have a wonderful hubby also called Chris, two daughters so far (5 and 3) and am just starting my blog all about my journey in faith, sharing my convictions, resolutions and revalations. Doesn't sound contraversial, does it...but I am in the UK. We don't talk about God in this country and no-one has heard of conservative beliefs!.

It is in a very early stage of development but if you are interested http://ccgi.cuppage.plus.com/

I love reading about your family, I find it not just amusing but inspiring.

My husband and I have been married for two years and have been blessed with one child so far, a precious little girl we've nicknamed "Sweet Pea." Our little Sweet Pea is almost 10 months-old. We would love to have more children, so we'll have to see what the Lord does in that area.

Because my daughter is so young, we do not homeschool - yet. Our plan right now is to homeschool Sweet Pea and any other children the Lord will hopefully bless us with. We just don't feel that government schools are the best thing for our family. I should know, I know that firsthand because I taught in them for three years. I've already started checking out various Christian homeschool curricula. So far, I think Bob Jones is my favorite.

My husband and I attend a baptist church (SBC).

As for what I love to do...I love being a SAHM. In my former feminist days, I never would have guessed that I would be a happy homemaker, but the Lord has definitely changed my heart. I also love to cook and bake, sew (though I haven't had time to do that lately), jog (especially in the fall when the weather is cooler), and draw/sketch. I'd love to try scrapbooking and have had the materials for some time. I'm just trying to find time to fit it in.
