As you know, I'm a sad momma with my Kindergartner now at school. Who's with me?

My kids are all teens now but I still vividly remember the day my son went off to kindergarten.  Over time, I found the morning FLEW by with all the chores and work there was to do and I was picking him up before I knew it.  Then I began to wonder how I ever got anything done when he was home.  It also helped knowing that he was happy and liked his teachers and classmates.  Hope you don't stay sad for long!

Thank you Holly! I sure am trying to get a lot done while they're in school, but my 2 youngest are over-compensating for their siblings I think lol

Just today, as I was dropping him off, he asked if I missed him. Oh, my heart!! lol I said "Of course, absolutely, baby!" and that made him smile. He got up and got breakfast at school by himself (despite eating at home) and didn't even say goodbye! He comes home smiling everyday. His teacher even said she would never have picked him out as one who hadn't ever attended school or been away from me before. I think that was meant to be a compliment???

My daughter LOVES JK, which I think is a blessing, b/c who wants to have a fight to go to school everymorning?

On a sad note, she often wants to go when she's at home, but she is an only child....
