Pudding and Trifles Served In Jars with COOL WHIP

Started by Lynn , author of Lynn's Kitchen Adventures 6/18/2012 11:30:10 PM

It is no secret that I love homemade trifles and homemade pudding. They are both quick and easy desserts to make using simple ingredients.

One of the easiest ways that I serve both homemade puddings and trifles is to simply serve them in small bowls or jars and top them with COOL WHIP whipped topping. This works with really any pudding or type of trifle.

For trifle you simply layer any brownie or cake with COOL WHIP whipped topping and some fruit. You can add homemade pudding to the layers if you want, but really you don't have to.

If you are using just homemade pudding you can easily just place the pudding in a small jar and place a little COOL WHIP on top. Quick and easy and so good!

I can put a dessert like this together in no time, so it makes a great dessert to serve company. And not only that when served in jars the dessert looks really nice.

A little COOL WHIP whipped topping makes a simple pudding, trifle, or other dessert special.

This is my favorite dessert to dollop with COOL WHIP. With so many dessert options out there I want to know, what do you dollop?

The fridge is empty at our house when there is no Cool Whip. We put it on everything!! From fruit to plain Jello..Pies, squares etc.

I love a peach triffle with a layer of cool whip on top. Yummy!

Oh me I am definitely going to try this one - looks really good. We always have at least 1 Cool Whip tub in the freezer - right now we have 4 (and 1/2)
