LDS Temple Prints

LDS temples are all over the globe. You don't have to be LDS to enjoy their unique look and interesting architecture. I remember being on a plane with a woman who asked me where she could get a professional photo of the temple in San Diego. She fell in love with it and wanted a picture for her living room, even though she wasn't a Mormon.

I think these prints from Neal Esplin are beautiful. They are all hand-drawn, Giclee prints.

I wish I could run into the plane lady again, I'd totally buy her one.

I love those!

I've been eyeing the gorgeous prints that are offered at Costco occasionaly, but can't find the room in my budget to pay $300+ for one right now.

So, I finally bit the bullet and made my own at a friend's house a few weeks ago.  For $50 I got a gorgeous antique looking temple print for my staircase.  I love it!

FYI the website is www.poppyseedprojects.com if anyone is interested.  What a cool wedding gift - I might have to make another one soon!

Evonne,
I am scheduled to make one of those same temple portraits in two weeks. I am really excited, especially about the price. Glad you were happy with yours. I can't wait.

Heather - You'll love them!  It takes a couple of hours, but it's so worth it!
