Anybody just beginning a workout routine? Why don't we keep each other accountable and motivated!!!

Do at least ONE thing today for your health. Just one - eat a healthy meal or go for a run. If you can't run. Walk around the block. If you can't walk today - at least get out of your chair and stretch that body! Love YOURSELF!!! Be the best Mommy you can be - start with taking care of yourself! Yes, I know that's hard.
