I know there are meals that you probably cook more often than others.

What meals do you cook the most often?

When I was younger and the kids were little it was nachos, tacos, and hamburgers. I had a picky eater. Always a big salad no matter what. Now that it is me and my husband it is whatever we feel like eating and he cooks too!

I cook chicken casserole and roast at least once a week. They are easy and usually we eat the leftovers the next day for lunch so I get two meals in one :)

We like spaghetti with meat and veggie sauce (a great way to add zucchini and other veggies into our DS' diet), roast chicken (love my convection oven), and rice with beans.

We always seem to have the same meals.  The meals we have the most are hamburgers, tacos, chicken enchiladas, chicken pot pie, and pork chops.

We have and LOVE, steamed vegetables over rice.  My husband adds some spices and it's ready.  You can buy frozen vegtables in freezer section, some of which are already seaoned.  That's our off season backup plan.
