I just wanted to take a minute to say hello to the ladies who joined this community! I am super excited you're here and figured I would get things kicked off with a discussion about holiday plans.

For many, Labor Day weekend is the unofficial end to summer. It is also a day to honor those in the workforce. Do you do anything special to celebrate? a cookout or trip to the beach?

Our plans are pretty laid back this year. My daughter was going to go to a waterpark with her dad's family, but with some rain in the forecast, they didn't want to take a chance on making the hour and a half drive.

I also planned on getting some lesson plans done for the upcoming weeks, and plan a fieldtrip to the planetarium this coming Thursday.
