Besides Google Reader or similar, how do you stay connected and up to date with all other blogs?

I enjoy so many blogs. I love reading as much as I can but sometimes I find myself overwhelmed or simply just not finding enough time. I use Google Reader but still don't always have all the time for that. How do you manage??

Google Reader is my main source for blog posts. I get a few every now and then via Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr, but the main go to spot for me is my Reader.
