How would your kids answer this question? Who taught you to be healthy?

Here at Horizon, we are all about health and nutrition for families. Parents that buy Horizon are already in the know about healthy eating, but we decided to ask the kids, and find out what they think about healthy eating. Some of their answers are extremely clever!

So, if someone were to ask your child, "Who taught you to be healthy?" what do you think they would say?

My oldest son would say, "My mom". Now that he is a teen, I'm happy that I taught him about being healthy early.

I would hope my little man would say that his daddy and I taught him to be healthy! My hubs is a former pro athlete, so physical activity is very important to him and my mama raised us to be healthy eaters, so we've tried to promote healthy meals and daily activity with our kiddo!
