It still amazes me when I am checking out at the market,how many say they need to use coupons too. They complain about the cost of their groceries then they say they do not have time to clip . If you do not have time to clip ,you can afford to pay full price. There is no way around it. You can not complain about how much you are spending and not do anything to help your self. I find it funny though rarely will the same person refuse the coupon I hand them. If your budget is not important to you,you will never be in control of it. You have the power to decide how much you spend. It is up to you to take it.
