I want to use your stuffing recipe this year. I didn't even make any last year. My favorite thing to cook and everyones favorite to eat has to be my turkey. Mom and Dad come visit every year for Thanksgiving and everyone just goes on and on about the tenderness and juiciness of the turkey. I don't have a secret really. I just cook it long and slow and I always use a turkey injector. I reinject it throughout the cooking process and it always turns out perfect. I buy a 20+ lb turkey and it is usually gone by the day after Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing that stuffing recipe... Yum I can't wait!
