30 Day Shred

Kristina told me about doing 30 Day Shred.  I admit, I'm intrigued.

Who has done it?  What do you think?  And do you do it everyday?  I know that I wouldn't do it more then 2-3 times a week.  So more like a 90 day shred??

I read a blog the other day and the person said it was amazing how fast they started seeing a difference. 


I haven't done it yet, but I want to try it! I have heard good things about it.


We should start a 30 Day Shred BlogFrog group!  I think I'm going to check amazon today to see what the video costs.  Could probably even find it used.

 

Either of you want to join me?

I have it and I think it is a great video! It will seriously kick your butt so be warned it is not easy! But, if you are looking for results I highly recommend it! I really need to start using it again. I would recommend every other day to start out so you give your body some recovery time. You will reedit LOL

OK, so you would suggest making it a 60 day or 90 day shred process, too?  :)

Ok, I have heard of this, but i don't really know what it is, someone want to enlighten me? How long is the workout? How often are you suposed to do it? it is as hell as everyone says it is?

I've done it on random occasions. I really should stick with it. If you have Comcast cable check On Demand and under their Sports and Fitness section. The Exercise tv area has a free version you can try out.

I have never heard of this:) What exactly is it? Is it an exercise DVD? I do Body Gospel right now, which is kind of different.

Jane - good for you for jumping in!!

It is a work out program from Jillian Michaels (a.k.a. Biggest Loser trainer).  I hear it's intense, but the workouts are just 20 minutes at a time.  I get bored so quickly, and I know that 20 minutes is all I have the patience for.
