OK Guys, this is how it is going to work:

At the bottom of discussions, you can now "like" the discussion at hand. If you scroll down to where you would also subscribe to the comments, there will be a heart you should be able to click on right now to "like" the donor of your choice. Over in the right hand side we can see the "most liked" and you will be able to see what donor is in the lead.

Cast your vote now by going to the Donor profile of your choice and "liking" them!
