I go to bed, sleep for 2 - 2 1/2 hours wake up thinking it's morning
and cannot get back to sleep again. Often I become so tense I get cramps - any advice/solutions? please. Felicity
Oh, that is awful. When I was having a hard time going back to sleep I found that having a fan or wave sounds helped. Somehow the sounds ease my mind and relax me.
