The State wants to provide the option of a semi-open adoption to our foster baby's birth family.
How much contact should we provide for the birth family?

Unfortunately, I cannot help. Our birth families have chosen no contact except through agency via letters and photos. Hopefully, someone with experience will respond to this post.
