Over at Jeanette's blog I found this video and the idea behind is simply awesome.

Like her "I am so in love with this idea that I am making it my project for 2011! I am going to do "A whole year of Awesome!" If you break it down to two things a week, that is 104 things that are awesome and a great way to reflect back on the little, and big things that made your year amazing. It also teaches you to look for things to be grateful for!"

I joined in this project for next year! Maybe you like to check it out and figure you care for this idea too!

I may not need therapy anymore but I will still need Paula!

I love the idea of thinking about the positive in my life. Even in the worst of times, I can usually find some small thing that helped to make it better. Sometimes just a kind word from a friend.
