Probably 8 hours. I never have trouble falling asleep nor waking
up. I like to get to bed around ten or so, and get up around six. I
never take naps, yuk! My husband takes a nap if he is depressed. I
know immediately, because he is not a napper usually.
To tell you the truth, I don't really believe all that stuff you
read about why you shouldn't do something or why you should.
Someone has written that down and it does not mean it is completely
accurate. Everyone's body is different. What works for me, may not
for you. If you know yourself and how various things affect you,
then I think you can make the right choices for you.
